Resin

These resins are sometimes called general-purpose or (GP) resins. They are generally inexpensive polyester resins and are usually used where high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance and high temperatures are not required. Ortho resins can be formulated with a stearn percentage of about 35% to 45%.
